Air Cylinder Contactor

Dana Precision reverse engineered an air cylinder that is used as an electrical contactor. The task required producing drawings for the 3 x cast Bronze components. Organizing the casting of the components and machining of all the cast components. Dana Precision manufactured the over moulding tool. We then machined the bronze insert and the steel pin. After over moulding all the components were assembled.
